SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed on the same day if possible, otherwise two days after ordering from Monday to Friday, except holidays. The shipping time can take up to 7 days. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number to follow the status of your order.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates will automatically be calculated at checkout and will match your current location and the weight of your purchase. ALINE JULIE does not offer any shipping costs.

DELIVERY ZONES
ALINE JULIE provides with worldwide delivery service by Die Schweizerische Post.
DELIVERY TIME
Depending on the stock availability of the items. ALINE JULIE is working on demand or with a limited stock. The delivery time depends on the number of orders and of the load of work. The maximal dispatch time for made-to-order items is approx. 5 weeks from the day of the order. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed, and you will be informed of your delivery date by Die Schweizerische Post.
TRACKING NUMBER
Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a tracking code to track its progress online.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION AND AMENDMENTS
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping adresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of items is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
DUTY FEES
We are not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charges upon receipt. Please don‘t hesitate to write us with any enquiries at customercare@alinejulie.com
PAYMENT
ALINE JULIE accepts Mastercard, Visa, credit cards and PayPal. We don’t accept American Express. For PayPal orders, these ones will only be processed once your PayPal transaction has been approved.

ALINE JULIE offers the pick-up option “Click & Collect”. How it works:
add the product(s) you want to your online shopping cart
select “click & collect” in the online checkout
select the pick-up point
select a time slot by sending us an email at customercare@alinejulie.com
we will put your purchase together for you
as soon as the order is ready for collection, we will notify you by email

RETURN POLICY
DAMAGES ON THE PURCHASE
Please send us an email within 7 business days with photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packing material visible. All broken items will be refund. Please don‘t hesitate to write us with any enquiries at customercare@alinejulie.com
ALINE JULIE does not accept returns, in case of breakage we will only be able to send a replacement if you email and provide us with:
photos of the entire outside of the original box
photos of inside of the original box with the damaged item(s) visible
EXCHANGES
ALINE JULIE does not do exchanges.
